Our diffuser base has an excellent scent throw, making it perfect for reed diffusers.
Scent throw is what reed diffusers are all about, and this base offers the potential for a great smelling home.
How to use Diffuser Base
Add 12.5%-25% fragrance oil (12.5% is 12.5ml of fragrance to 100ml of base) depending on the fragrance load you prefer, as well as the effect the viscosity of the fragrance has on your base.
Add your desired amount of fragrance to your base and mix well to distribute it evenly before filling your glass containers.
Please note: the thicker the fragrance the less will be able to be accommodated by the base and still wick effectively, so please consider this factor when blending your product.

So easy! I made a gorgeous diffuser with fragrance oil and this base. The scent fills the laundry and the loo, took 5 minutes to make using the site instructions. I have put the black reeds and liquid in a small vintage green bottle. Looks great too. I still have heaps left to make more diffusers, I will find more cool bottles to use with the reeds.
