Chocolate fragrance oils can be pretty dicey - either wan and weak like a Tootsie Roll, or flat and harsh. This chocolate fragrance is the exception - very full-bodied and rich.

Class 1 – Lip Products: Not Suitable
Class 2 – Body Sprays: 2.75%
Class 5A – Creams, Lotions and Body Oils: 17.5%
Class 9A – Soaps and Bath Products: 6.25%
