Blue Cellulose Beads are small water-soluble beads that are great for exfoliation when used in oil based scrubs. Beads will disintegrate when squashed if they have been in a water-based product. Either medium will add visual impressiveness to your products. Utilise them in your soap, body wash, facial wash, scrubs etc for a wonderful pop of colour.
