Natural Chelating Agent Dermofeel® PA-3

Dermofeel ® PA-3 is a wonderfully natural liquid chelating agent that is used as a natural alternative to EDTA that works in synergy with antixodants used in cosmetics.  By forming a complex between the chelator and the metal ions in the product the ions become inactive.  This removes their ability to promote oxidation reactions, cause discolouration or impair the ability of surfactants to foam.

Using Dermofeel PA-3 in conjunction with other antioxidants is recommended for greatest efficacy to protect valuable ingredients from oxidation.

It can be used in colour cosmetics, hair care, skin care, skin cleansers, sun care and wet wipes and is readily biodegradable to have no negative impact on the environment.
