Our Tussah Silk is unbleached, wild silk that has been roughly cut into inch lengths. .  It is made by wild tussah silk worms that eat juniper and oak leaves to produce a coarser silk than that produced in captivity.

 These silk tops have NOT been bleached and are a natural golden colour.

Use approximately a cotton ball size of  cut up silk per kg oil and add to hot lye water to dissolve before adding to oils.
