Heirloom Body Care have been working hard to ensure that all parcels shipped from our premises are done in a safe and effective manner.  Sanitation and disinfection procedures have been increased to ensure the health and well being of our workers and to ensure all parcels and their contents are protected.

CONTACTLESS COLLECTION of orders from our Penrith store has been reinstated with the following rules:

  • Orders can be collected Tuesday to Friday, 8.45am-4pm in set time slot intervals to avoid overcrowding.  Collection is not available Mondays or Saturdays at this time
  • When your order is ready to collect we will contact you by email to organise the time that best works for you, and work with you to get your collection time as close to your needs as possible. Please do not arrive at our premises without an allocated collection time.  Your order will not be ready for you and waits may be extensive.  If you wish to pre-empt our contact please contact us by email or phone to arrange a time.  This must allow us 2 hours to prepare your order. Your preferred time is not guaranteed.
  • Orders cannot be added to at the time of collection.
  • Browsing and entry to our reception is not available at this time.
  • When you arrive please phone or text our designated collection number 0432 921 702 to identify yourself.  Your order will be placed on the table outside our door for you to collect once we are back inside the building.


Some courier services have implemented "contactless" drops to minimise the risk or spreading or contracting the virus, and are not obtaining signatures for their deliveries.  That said, the delivery companies have been inundated with additional parcels requiring their attention and are falling a little behind in their processing.  Please be patient.  Checking your tracking number or contacting your delivery agent should reveal some answers for you.
