Have you ever wanted to have a beautiful butterfly in your soap creations? This is an easy and effective way to do so! You create your butterfly by first securing the log mould with the seals or bulldog clips for extra security. Once you feel there will be no leakage you stand the mould in a bowl vertically. You begin filling the log mould with whatever soap you chose and then allow to set. As this mould opens it is easy to unmould once completely set! The butterfly log can then be placed in a rectangle log mould and soap poured around it so when you slice your finished product there is a butterfly on every bar. Do remember when using Melt and Pour bases, however, to use isopropyl alcohol for glue and layering.
