About Us
Heirloom Body Care is an Australian company based in Penrith NSW. We opened our doors in April 2003. Starting out in a very small way as a home based business we have expanded extremely quickly. This is because we actually do listen to our customers' requests and do our best to achieve excellent service along with realistic prices. Every order is double checked to ascertain the correct goods are being sent and that the customers choice of carrying company is adhered to. Errors occasionally still happen because we are human beings, but we will work to rectify the problem as quickly as possible and with the minimum of fuss.
We endeavour to pack orders as environmentally friendly as possible, using recycled cardboard boxes, newspapers and packaging materials sent or given to us by others in an attempt to reduce the impact on our world. Any cardboard we cannot use in our parcels is sent to the recycling plant. Our empty drums and pallets are collected regularly to be used for other purposes before they end their useful life. Should you need any used drums or cubes please contact us so we may share our bounty with you.
We do not knowingly stock any item that has been tested on animals this century. We clearly list any product that is not suitable for vegans and all products should be suitable for vegetarians. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions around any product we may carry. Leaping Bunny applications can be sent to heirloom@heirloombodycare.com.au with the products you have purchased from us listed and wish us to confirm for you.
Visits to our Penrith premises are most welcome between 9am & 2pm Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed on our website will be picked and packed ready for your arrival. We have extended hours for orders placed online of 8.45 - 4pm Tuesday to Thursday and 8.45 - 3pm Friday. Staff are not available to pick and pack past 2pm, hence this cutoff for in house shopping at this time We do not have a shop front so orders must be assembled for you from our warehouse. Our fragrances are available for your investigation in the foyer as this is one experience a website does not allow.
