Really good to use for liquid soap, as a fragrance oil really hinders the lather, using equal parts polysorbate 80 in your diluted liquid soap disperses it, and doesn't impact lather. You might need to do 1:1 or 1.5:1 depending on your fragrance oil, always start with equal parts polysorbate to your fragrance oil and monitor if any separation occurs
