Tapioca Flour

Finely ground tapioca can be a godsend as a gluten free additive to your products that is an option to stabilize emulsions.  It can be used to create gel textures in product and to thicken.  It will absorb sweat in deodorant products or oils if you are trying to remove a greasy feel to your creation.  So many uses for the one product.
