Bicarbonate of soda (colloquially known as bicarb) is the ultimate all-rounder for bath products. When mixed with citric acid, bicarbonate of soda will make amazing fizzing bath enhancers like bath bombs, bubble bars and bath fizz.


Bicarbonate of sodamakes a wonderful natural home cleaner and is often combined with salt or vinegar to this end. It can add polish or disinfectant qualities to products made with this intent.

If you are looking for science experiments to amuse the children try a bicarbonate of soda volcano for heaps of messy fun. Outside is highly recommended.

Best BiCarb ever

I have been using this BiCarb for years and would not use any other. Super high quality which is perfect for bath bombs, bath truffles/bubble bars, deodorant and so many other uses.

I don't know how or why (probably all my bath bomb experimenting) but I always find that I need Bicarb Soda and I'm so glad that Heirloom stock it at an affordable price! I use it in my projects as well as around the house for general cleaning!
