Formed from the fossil remains of algae, Diatomaceous Earth is a mattifying and lightly exfoliating product perfect for cosmetics and skin care products. Its ability absorb up to four times its own weight in water makes it great in face masks to absorb excess facial oil. Use also to create a fine scrubby action which gently exfoliates the skin.
Recommended Usage Rate: I-5% for skin care.
