1. Place the filtered water into a stainless-steel or glass saucepan. Avoid aluminium equipment.

2. Bring the water to the boil, then remove it from the heat.

3. Add the Magnesium Chloride Crystals and stir until completely dissolved.

4. Allow the solution to cool fully.

5. Transfer into a clean spray bottle or suitable airtight container.

The finished solution may be used as a body spray or as the water component of a suitably formulated cream or lotion.
