Rice Powder (Oryza sativa) is a wonderful natural filler which can replace talc and/or other starches in makeup recipes. Our Rice Powder is an all-natural, silky product that aids in oil absorption, creating a matte, shine free finish while providing a gorgeous, velvet-soft feel to your products.

Heirloom's Rice Powder has been approved for both food and cosmetic use, including use on lips, eyes, nails and face. Particle size is 33μm.
